La Jetee
For this project I designed a movie poster for one of the two movies we could chose from for the college of design’s “design in the dark’ series. I pulled inspiration from the time travel aspect of the movie as well as a black and white color scheme with a ‘pop’ of color for the bullet that ended up tearing the two time travel lovers apart

Above is the poster with the designed bullet, and next to it is an up close look at the illustrated design that I added on top. The sparkles represent the love that they have for each other even though they live years apart. He ended up being shot and killed after people found out, The bullet is what separated them in the movie and it is what keeps them from each other on the poster
