For this design me and my team of 3 other members created an app to help connect recruiters to potential applicants by showing an onsite portfolio as well as resumes and honorable mentions from past employers
The app is called Foli! The photos above are from the recruiters point of view, starting with the main logo screen and ending on the perceptive penguin’s account with a view of the education and skills and a look at some of the projects they have worked on
Every applicant’s profile hides their gender, race, age, and anything that can be assumed about them from their identity. So the recruiter has only their work to go off of when making a decision
